The Calgary Scorpions

Calgary’s most senior level sledge hockey club is the Calgary Scorpions. This team of veteran sledge hockey players over the age of 16 years old plays competitively in the Alberta Sledge Hockey League and at other tournaments throughout Western Canada. They practice alongside the Calgary Stingers on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 7:15 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Joan Snyder Arena located at Winsport – 88 Canada Olympic Road SW. Everyone over the age of 16 with or without a disability is welcome to try out for a roster spot on the Calgary Scorpions at the beginning of each season. Visit our contact page if you have questions!
